Amazing product-2 benefits!!!
I have 2 slipped discs in my back that sometimes cause pain, making life unbearable. I have another back brace that is too bulky and annoying to wear-this one is just opposite! It actually feels GOOD to wear (I love the many adjustment features). I have another posture corrector but it hits my armpits so I never use it-again, this item is just the opposite!! No more sweaty back or skin irritation, and after 5 days of using it for 2 hours each, my mom commented on my posture improvement! This is something I have wanted to address for years and get upset with myself for forgetting to pay attention to it (so many things occupy my mind at all times) but wearing this brace, I do not have to be conscious of my posture with it working while I go about my business. I am very pleased with this item-def a top 10 purchase this year!!!

I can’t say enough about this product! Fast shipping, great customer service, and a great material to boot! Its lightweight, soft and breathable. I’m fortunate to be working from home, BUTI am sitting all day in front of my computer. This has helped SO MUCH with back pain and also my posture (which is the main problem with back pain). I noticed that it isn’t unbearable to wear. For me many products that bind sound the middle trend to bother me, and I can’t breathe properly. But with this one, it’s so lightweight I honestly find it comfortable to wear for a long period of time. It even gives the illusion of a small waist😄!. Will recommend!

bought to help keep my upper back straight while driving my bus, worked pretty well the first few times i wore it. after a few wears it stopped working, it doesn’t pull the shoulders back anymore. it just digs into my under arms. its very painful

Amazing Relief!
Not only did I need this for posture improvement, I was surprised to find that the muscle compression from this garment provided instant relief from my sore back muscles.It’s important to not wear it too tight around your waist, and don’t pull the straps around your shoulders too far. It should feel good on your body – not constricting. You may feel some skin soreness at the front of your underarms, but if you tuck some soft fabric in between the straps and your skin, you’ll be alright.Another good thing is that I’ve worn the garment under my clothes and it doesn’t look like I’m wearing a crazy straight jacket. I find that my silhouette looks slimmer and smoother, too. Happy!

Would not recommend
The posture corrector looks well-designed and adjustable, but I wasn’t a huge fan of having to wear it for extended periods. It provided support, but it felt a bit restrictive and uncomfortable over time. Might work for short-term use, but not ideal for all-day wear.

Improving my posture with this shoulder brace
This brace helps me by pulling my shoulders back and straightening my spine for better posture. However, since I don’t have broad shoulders, people without shoulder support may find the straps slipping and needing frequent adjustments. The front velcro strap tends to roll up due to my belly, requiring occasional readjustments throughout the day. While wearing it, I feel more aware of maintaining good posture, although I can’t wear it all day due to my small shoulder frame. Additionally, it would be helpful if the back hoop were lowered, allowing for easier adjustment of the arm straps, as the current placement causes them to bunch up at the top. Overall, despite these minor issues, I find the brace helpful.
