Pleasantly surprised
I purchased this smart ring to test how I would like it before I splurged on a more high end one (think Samsung or Oura). I actually really like it. I purchased a size 6, and it fits my ring finger (I’m a size 4.5 on my ring finger for typical rings). The information it collects matches what my Samsung watch says, in terms of heartrate, sleep and blood oxygen levels, so it is accurate. For being a $50 smart ring, I am quite impressed

Not worth it
I wore this ring for about 2 weeks and I was disappointed in the results. Firstly, it runs small. I got my normal ring size and it only fit on my ring finger, not index or middle even though that’s recommended. It doesn’t monitor temperature which it said it did and the sleep monitor was inconsistent. So I would wake up and it would say “there was an issue”. I also work out often and it only had setting for things like mountaineering and golf no kind of strength training. It was mostly comfortable while working out, but if you lift heavy it might cause an issue. It also did not notify me when it was about to die, so I woke up to no sleep information because it died throughout the night. It was mostly accurate in tracking when I compared to my Apple Watch, but I feel I can get better for around the same price. (The picture shows my gold ring on the right, my friend wore a different brand on the left)
