This stops cars!
I bought this after getting almost hit by a car in a well lit city crossing the street at about 6:00 pm. Now I flash this towards any oncoming car I see and look the driver in the eye. They slow down considerably sooner and stop when needed sooner. Turning cars notice me too. I feel much safer.

Does not look anything like the photos
I have bought a few reflective sashes because of nightly dog walks in the winter. Usually I’m kind of whatever about them, but this one really disappointed me. It’s really small. It’s generous to call this a sash. This is more like a waist band. If you have breast or are slightly overweight or wear this with a winter coat, it’s going to have to stretch and be taut against you. When I wear my winter coat, this has to sit super high up my back, and then it gets covered by my hood, so it’s ineffective. In no way does this item lay like it does in the photos. For most light up gear, a long click will turn this off. Instead, you have to cycle through all the options until you get to the off option. So if you find yourself in a dangerous situation, we’ll now you’ve called attention to yourself by flashing through different colors. There is no rainbow option like in the photo. It’s just single colors. Overall, I find the posting to be pretty deceiving of what the product actually is. The battery pouch is open on both sides. They didn’t even sew an end shut, so it’s pretty easy to lose the battery. Quality is pretty bad. Loose threads. Mine came with a 5 inch long loose thread that was clearly meant to be backstitched for stability. I also don’t find the light to be very bright. Nothing about this product appears to be well executed or thought through and I don’t recommend buying it.

I got this because we walk the dog sometimes in the dark. It makes us feel safer because we’re more visible. Itis very bright and fits our very different heights and weights.

I bought this to wear cycling at dusk and dawn.It has multi colours, which is a nice bonus. It’s very bright and makes me visible. It’s adjustable, so you can wear it multiple ways. Easy to plug in and charge. This is a smart buy for anyone who is active and wants another layer of visibility out on the street or sidewalk.

I bought this as a replacement belt for a dog pouch for walking on winter nights. The strap size is adjustable and clips together, making it ideal for this purpose. The light is bright and the battery life is good. I am currently charging once a week. Note there is only one light strip, so you can either wear it facing forward or back. Overall, functions well and good value.
