Made well and works great!
I use it every night and it works great. Nice heat for neck. It Gets plenty warm with 6 heat settings and stays on for quite awhile before the auto turnoff. The cord is long enough to reach an outlet so I can use it in my recliner. Good value.

Awesome heating pad!
Fantastic heating pad. Wraps up over your shoulders for maximum coverage. Its large pad can be used in other areas as well. Automatically shuts off which is a bonus. Very well worth every penny. My wife has taken it over as it’s more dependable than our other worthless one, which I have to use now. You might need 2!

Neck/shoulder heat pad relief
Works great. Purchased for neck tightness and discomfort. Fits perfectly with weights inside the front. Warmth helps to loosen neck muscles and provide relief. Various settings to choose from. Believe it would help with shoulder discomfort as well. Glad I purchased.

Soft, comfortable and evenly heated
This is a very good heating pad. Can be used on not just the neck and shoulders, but also on the back, hips, abdomen (for cramps) etc. it has 3 heat settings, heats quickly and maintains an even temperature.Would be useful to know which side goes on the body. I found that the side with the hexagon pattern felt slightly hotter, so I put that side down. Both sides are equally soft. It has a good weight to it, keeps the heat evenly spread out.

Fits around the neck and shoulders and the heat helps with the pain and soreness I have also heats on the back. Snaps to help hold on to your shoulders would definitely recommend this item. It is a generous size has a long cord with easy controls.

Great relief and value
My wife absolutely loves this thing. She has tight back and goes to see a Chiropractor but this has been a game changer for her when she is working long hours, she plugs it in and tosses it right on her shoulders. She said it provides good relief. It’s soft and gets hot enough to help but it doesn’t burn. Just remember to unplug it when not using it.
