Magnesium Spray🫶
This magnesium spray works for a solid nights sleep. I sprayed at the bottom of my feet before bed. Yes, it does feel a bit oily, but useful before sleep, so not walking around. I did spray my neck & stomach too since I sleep hot at night and helped me. I used it for the last three nights with positive results. I would purchase again!

Meh. Sticky. Results are subtle to none.
I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks. I think it was working the first few nights as I felt more relaxed and seemed to fall asleep more easily. I don’t think it’s working anymore. Also, this leaves your skin kind of tacky or sticky. It seems to make my skin dry too. Use lotion over it one it has dried.I don’t think I will buy it again.

If I could give this no stars I would. Greasy, nasty residual left on my skin- do not buy this product. There are better made, nongreasy magnesium topicals available. I live in USA & receive no gains or losses thru my post. I speak the truth.

I’ve been struggling to sleep for a few years now and it was really starting to affect me. This stuff is great. Every time I’ve used it ( in conjunction with the BetterYou Magnesium Sleep) I’ve had a really good sleep- I was surprised as I’d tried a lot of different things which hadn’t really worked, and I didn’t hold out much hope for this. I’m really keeping my fingers crossed that this will continue to work in the long term, but all I can say is so far, so good! I would say to give it a go, and I hope it works for you, too! ( just to say, I spray this one on my arms and upper body, and the sleep one on the soles of my feet- just read that others do that so I thought I’d try it).

This is very watery and not like any body oil I’ve ever used before. It’s almost scentless and absorbs very well but not effective to keep skin moist after bathing. That said, I slept like a baby, so definitely helped with my menopausal ongoing insomnia.
