ONE OF A KIND: Unlike most other water exercise products, which always force itself to float to the top, this ball’s neutral buoyancy allows users to perform controlled movements in various directions and positions under water for a variety of workouts.
VERSATILITY: Move the ball through the water or lift the ball out of water for moderate weightlifting. The unique design will give you and others a full workout. Work out alone or with others by passing the ball to each other. The durable heavy duty PVC Resistance Training Ball is designed to meet any level of low impact workouts you desire.
LOW IMPACT TRAINING: Protect your joints from stress while getting the level of Cardio or Resistance Training you desire. The water filled ball creates a neutral buoyancy, enabling the ball to move easily through the water by creating a resistance in a singular direction.
HAND EYE COORIDINATION: When released in the water, the ball’s spin and the water’s momentum create an erratic movement which requires you to track and catch the ball.
DURABILITY: Unlike water exercise equipment made with foam, if your kids decide to use this as a water toy, it will survive the abuse while giving an unexpected workout.
EASY TO USE: Attach the ball to a regular garden hose using the included attachment. Turn on the tap to inject water into the ball untill the desired level. When fully filled the ball is about 14.5-15 pound.

I love this under water ball
Love this under water ball! I have a hard side Intex and can still bounce off sides and bottom, dribble, play back n’ forth between friends. It’s a good workout and super fun!Get this! I don’t know what the huge difference is in the cheaper kid style watermelon one is, maybe I’ll get one out of curiosity? But this one made my pool workout so fun this year!

Easy to use, great workout tool in the pool
I bought this to exercise in my pool as an addition to my other items. Easy to use and offers great resistance for a good workout. I started the exercises, finding the ball does not move in a straight line but with a few adjustments, I got into a groove. I can make the workout as intense as I want. The workout sheet made it easy to start a routine but I can see myself inventing a few new moves as I got used to this.It feels durable so I leave it in the pool for my son to mess around with. It’s been a couple of weeks and the ball seems to tolerate the abuse pretty well:)

Great product and great customer service
Great exercise and rehab device. Great customer service…we mistakenly threw away the fill needle, and they immediately sent us a replacement. My only criticism is that I wish they wouldn’t include political materials in their packaging. I don’t need to be preached to with my exercise products.

Fun and effective aqua fitness accessory
I recently bought a house with an enclosed, heated inground pool that I can swim laps and exercise in year round. I’ve done aerobics and dance on land for years and I’m teaching myself aquatic exercises for strength, stamina, and balance. I’ve never seen anything like this ball and love it.I can dribble the ball like a slow motion basketball and either hand, which is great for coordination and building strength. Because the ball has a little bit of air it, in addition to lots of water, it is somewhat buoyant. It takes a bit of force to push it down in order to bounce it off the bottom and to control it as it comes back up. I exercise to a playlist to help me keep a steady cadence and to make exercise more fun. I get in a lunge position with my legs in the shallow (3’) end so that my shoulders are just under the water then dribble the ball off the bottom with one arm (the opposite leg in front sort of galloping forward). Then I switch the leg that’s lunging in front and the arm that’s bouncing the ball for another 8 to 12 counts. I can also bounce the ball alternately between two hands while in a wide legged stance in the shallow end. Bouncing in deeper water is harder to control, so I’m mainly use it exercising in the shallow end.It is really hard to explain these exercise and the sensation of bouncing a ball full of water, underwater if you’ve never done it before! Perhaps it’s a little like bouncing a ball on the moon where gravity is different. I’m so glad I gave it a try!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Fills with the hose. No air pump needed. Great for water aerobics at home.

the BEST piece of sports gear I have tried in years
This is amazing!!!!!! This is the best for working your core AND your extremities while having fun. Can be used by yourself or with a workout partner.Been a therapist over 30 years and I think it is the coolest/most versatile tool to have at your dockside. The only draw back I have had is the weight of the ball makes it an exercise carrying in and out of the gym

Slippery surface
Does anyone have a hard time maintaining your grip on this ball? It has a slippery surface, and as I took it above my head, it totally slipped from my grasp hitting me full force in the chest.
