Thicker and wider
Thicker and wider than traditional yoga mats that are thin and not as wide. I was using 2 thinner mats together which both needed to be replaced, then I found this one. Quite comfortable by itself. I no longer need a second mat underneath for added comfort. Stays in place. I can use either side as both sides have grips. Doesn’t curl even after being rolled up for a while. The carry strap makes it convenient to carry because it is a bit longer and wider. I prefer the darker color mats because lighter colors tend to show stains. There was a slight smell when I received it but it aired out quickly, within a day or so. Cleans easily with just wipe down. I would definitely order another if I ever needed to.

Not great for yoga
I really like how big this is. It’s the perfect size, and okay thickness, and overall comfortable so long as you aren’t doing anything that you could slip while doing. For me, down dog has been very annoying with this mat as my hands slip away, and I’ve found myself reaching for my old mat for yoga days since I don’t have this problem on that mat.That being said, regular floor exercises or even aerobics have been fine with this mat. Great length for stretching, and the grip on the floor is really solid. Quality isn’t terrible, it’s a solid mat for non yoga activities.

Cheap foam very thin light weight, like kitchen drawer liners, charging premium price arrived with scuff marks all over and a missing part as carry strap, not that it even could be used for yoga very disappointed
