I’m about 5’8 and find this Yoga mat’s length is appropriate for my height. I use it almost daily for my physical therapy exercises and it’s not slippery even when I sweat during aerobic workouts.After several months, this mat does have a bit of wear; surface scratches and indentations because I use it frequently, but nothing that impacts it’s functionality. I adore the pink color. The material smells fine and it’s still soft, yet firm. This yoga mat is a bit bulky and the carry strap is helpful. I like the thickness and would definitely purchase this yoga mat again. It’s a super comfy and a great value for my money. Keep well!

Love the mat. Brilliant color. A lot of reviews mentioned an odd smell, not this one. The thickness is great. The price not bad. Try this Matt. I am using mine 3 to 4 times weekly. Just try it. Great return policy. This mat doesn’t need aired out, doesn’t slip or slide. Try it!

Amazing mat for yoga/exercise/stretching
I’ve had this mat for almost two weeks and I am pleasantly pleased however it is getting four stars because there’s already a little wear in it. (I use the mat daily/twice a day). Given the wear in it based on just the first couple weeks (which isn’t terrible might I add just little bumps here and there) I give it about six months lifespan. Will edit and let everyone know. Opening up the package there was a little bit of a weird smell but I disinfected anyway and it was gone after the cleaning. A bonus is the carrying strap that comes with it..I don’t even need to buy a case for this – that said, a lot of the standard cases probably won’t fit this product because it is extra long and extra thick for a lot of different body types to use. I’m 5’5 and it’s super long for me so I think if you were 6’0 or even taller this would work out well for you.I have knee issues from previous sports injuries so doing things like modified pushups/stretching exercises and yoga can take a toll but this mat is awesome. Very thick and good at absorbing any tension in the body. Because of the price and free shipping through prime I actually bought two in two different colors before knowing how well they were going to work out but I’m glad I did. This is one of the better mats I’ve used.It’s purely functional though – the colors are kinda blah and no fancy designs that some women prefer and it’s a bit utilitarian however I don’t really mind. What counts here is that my hands and knees are super comfortable when I’m doing workouts on these and it allows me to extend further, concentrate, and open up more because the distracting pain I was feeling before has been lifted. Great purchase.

Perfect for workouts
I’ve used this for a couple months now and I’m so happy with it. The quality of the material is incredible, it’s a super soft feeling foam but thick and durable so it’s easy to balance on, it doesn’t move around on the floor so if you’re looking for a mat to use for workouts, yoga, stretching – you will not regret buying this.Great value for money and the color is beautiful. It also comes with a carry strap so it’s really easy to bring around with you to the gym and back.

Muy buena calidad, lo compré para que mi mamá hiciera unos ejercicios que le dieron en la fisioterapia. Tiene muy bien grosor, es suave, es bastante largo, no tengo ninguna queja sobre el producto. Ha funcionado hasta ahora sin sufrir daños, también mi mamá no hace ejercicios descansa, lo tiliza más que nada para recostarse. He leído que hay quienes lo usan para yoga y se les ha roto, no es mi caso. Todo bien.
