Great product!
This is the most comfortable armband I have ever worn. No irritation, no bulk, put it on your arm and go! It’s very sporty and sleek, fits my iPhone 8 with the case and a Popsocket attached.Only downside I would mention for anyone who typically wants access to their phone while running (or whatever activity you are doing), this case is not designed for that. It’s basically a pouch for your phone and once it’s in there and on your arm, it’s not accessible. My wireless headphones are all I need to adjust volume/skip songs, but if you want to do anything directly on your phone, you have to stop, remove the armband and remove your phone.I measured my bicep as suggested, ordered a medium and am pretty happy with the fit. It is secure and tight enough it doesn’t bounce around during a 45 minute run.

Works well, but putting the phone in it while it is on your arm is a pain.
I actually use this for a different purpose than the intended one. I use it to cover up and help reinforce my diabetic glucose monitor attachment on my arm so it doesn’t snag on things and get pulled off. It does the job ok. I could probably use it a little tighter on my scrawny arm. My Galaxy S9+ fits well in it, but it still feels kind of floppy when I am active. Not bad at all, but just not totally in place. Kind of expected with a stretchy fabric though. Comes with the territory. The real reason for dropping it a star is it is a MAJOR pain to get my phone in the thing while it’s on my arm. You better have Bluetooth or headphones, because if you get a call, you don’t want to take the phone out and try putting it back in. It’s such a pain.I also really wish I had gotten a different color, but that isn’t a ratings dropper. I just decided after the fact that the yellow is way too bright and draws far more attention than I would like. But that’s on me.The product is still very good. It has some rubberized spots on the inside that help it not slide around on your arm. The velcro is very good and the pocket will fit any phone. I would recommend it to people that are ok with putting their phone in it and not taking it out until they are done with the activity they are doing, because putting the phone in it is just a hassle.

i love this item, perfect fit, doesnt slip off.
at first i bought the wrong size, but i corrected my choice-and I am very happy with it. its super comfortable and it doesn’t slip off or down. i use it for outside running and the sweat doesn’t make it slip off. i also use it at the gym and same thing. its great if you don’t want bulky phones in your pocket and limited distractions. i got the large size for my iphone 5s (2022 model) and it fits perfectly.i have learned that the size difference applies more for you arm size and not the phone size. the material helps it fit and again its comfortable.the only thing its it can take some getting use to when and if you need to answer a call. my choice is to just ignores calls or apply do not disturb. and dont take it off until your done. so pick some great music and don’t distract yourself. unless of course you need to address an emergency. good luck.happy running (or whatever you do)

Cute BUT lacking
(Actual specific use review)The sizing seemed correct(Large), the pattern and overall product was as described. It’s snug without hurting and the grips keep it from sliding down. The stretch opening where the phone goes is rather small unstretched and stretches around your phone despite the size of your phone, which sounds perfect.I have a big 6.9″ galaxy note 20. It definitely fit fine and was snug and I don’t think it would fall out at all. It has a slick TPU cover, however,I couldn’t get in back in the pouch without removing the band off my arm.The pouch is so soft that while it will hold your phone and grips your arm once you remove the phone, you are now left with one hand to put it back in the pouch which is now unstretched and a small opening.Basically you have to pull the armband off and on everytime you want or need to use your phone. At least in my case. This is quite cumbersome as it’s a nice snug fit. Too much of a pain for me to deal with. I like to be hands free without bulk in my pockets. I could not get the phone back in the pouch while the armband was still on my arm.IF you use your phone only for emergencies while running and/or don’t plan on answering it then this is the arm band pouch combo you are looking for!!

Unstable and Frustrating – Look Elsewhere for a Reliable Armband”
I really wanted to like the Sprigs Armband, but after a few runs with it, I’m officially done. The material feels flimsy and cheap, and my phone never felt secure. It shifted around constantly, and a couple of times I seriously thought it was going to fall out mid-run.Even worse, using the phone while it’s in the armband is nearly impossible. Tapping or swiping requires so much effort that I had to take the whole thing off just to change a song or check a notification — which completely defeats the purpose of wearing it.In contrast, the VUP Armband 360° Rotatable is fantastic. The phone is locked in securely and remains fully accessible. I can rotate it, tap it, even detach it easily — all while wearing it. It’s functional and dependable. If you’re looking for comfort, security, and actual usability during workouts, the Sprigs armband just isn’t it.

This has been, BY FAR, the BEST phone armband I have used yet.
I love this product. My intention is to order a second one. I do not have to depend on velcro to keep it on my arm as with the other products I have tried and have subsequently have had to throw away. This armband fits my arm snugly and securely. It is durable and soft. I hardly know I am wearing it. Since the armband does not rely on velcro to stay put, I have no issues with having to worry that the velcro will wear out. The velcro that holds the phone in place is great, and since it is only there to hold the phone in the sleeve. it seems that it continue to work well into the future. I HIGHLY recommend this. I am planning a second one shortly. One to use and one to wash. By the way, this washes really well. I placed it in a delicate item bag, and it came out beautifully. I air-dried it.Great product.

Amazing experience

It is way too large for a man’s arm. Not sure what they were thinking.

I’ve had a couple of fully enclosed armbands for previous phones, but my Pixel 7 Pro is the largest I’ve owned and getting phones into the plastic/fabric case has always been a pain for me.I decided to try this type of band on a whim, and I’ll never go back to the other kind! Incredibly simple, and elastic in a way that ensures your phone is really tightly clamped to your arm – there’s no way this thing is coming loose during a run. It’s also so much easier to remove the phone during a pause in your workout, although getting it back in without removing the armband is very awkward so I always put it inside the armband and then slide it up my arm. It takes a few seconds and is still 10 times easier than messing around with my old slipcase-style bands.Only downside is that the top of your phone is relatively exposed, so it’s probably not great if you’re running in the rain. Fortunately I don’t enjoy running enough to do it in the rain, so it’s perfect for my needs!
