Great Women’s Running Vest! Great fit!!
I am absolutely beyond happy with my purchase of this hydration vest. I know it is a great brand but I have to admit I was worried about fit and comfort. I spent a lot of time reading reviews and looking at options. I am fairly short 5’-5” and I am very “busty”My concern about any hydration pack is that the last thing I need is to carry more weight on my back or my front! Not to mention I have a short waist and I fit but definitely not thin so the last thing I want is something around my waist either. I’ve been carrying water in my hands for years or relying on aid stations because of this dilemma. As soon as I put on the vest I was instantly comfortable. I ordered the XL thinking I could always tighten it up. It fit perfectly like it was made for me. I measured 42 inches around my chest and the fit was on point. I am running a trail ultra in a few weeks and I know this will work great for me. I did 14 miles on Saturday wearing this vest and to my surprise it did not weigh me down. I thought being chesty and having more stuff around my chest would get in my way moving my arms and such but it was perfect! No sloshing no bouncing. It also was light and breathable and did not increase my sweating. I would highly recommend this particular vest for women with a large chest but I’m sure it would be good for any woman as it seems well designed and adjustable no matter your shape. It does allow for a woman’s shape which made me so happy. Also my iPhone Max fit easily into the chest zippered pocket and keys, etc could easily fit too. It was easy to drink out of the soft flask bottles I like this so much better than carrying on my back although that is an option you can add later on. I could see throwing a light weight jacket into the back pocket.Great product!!!!!

    No bounce and super adjustable
First off I’m gonna help yall out and post a photo of the sizing chart that comes with the tags but when picking my size (L/XL) I actually went to the Nathan website where you can also view their sizing :^)After 2 years of using the cheap $20 running vest that I’m sure all of us have seen a million times at running events and TikTok, I decided to finally invest in a better fitting, looking, and functional vest for my outdoor activities. My biggest checklist for a running vest was that it had to look good, fit my phone and at least hold two gels and carry at least one soft flask but have the option of a 2 L in the back. Things that I also wanted but weren’t as important were a zipper pocket and a place to hang your 2 L bag in the back pocket so that it wasn’t just a heavyweight sloshing around at the bottom of the pocket. I’m happy to say that this vest checks all of those off and more. You can really tell that this vest was intended for women with the materials and the adjustable fit to accommodate your boobs. I didn’t know I would enjoy the adjustable strings that glide as much as I did but I was able to make it so that this vest literally melded to my body once it is on me it did not move at all during my 10 and a half mile run that I did today. It didn’t feel like my chest was being weighed down nor did the vest shift because they didnt use the flap design. I do have to say that I do feel little ridiculous with both soft flasks in the front (its bulky and I’m vain) so I only ran with one even though I’m used to my soft flask being a little bigger than the two that were included with the vest… I live somewhere tropical so I run through liquids fast on my runs so I probably should have sucked it up and brought both loll. A huge difference between my cheap vest I had before and the Nathan is that the soft flasks are so incredibly easy to get in and out of pockets without risking it moving at all during your run, they have these bands that hold them down into the pocket and although I was worried about these soft flasks not having a straw that went all the way down to the bottom of the bottle I’m pleased to say that during my run I managed to empty out all the Gatorade I put in my soft flask and when I pulled it out at the end it actually ends up scrunching up so you get every last drop. The bottles are easy to clean with a bottle brush and a straw cleaner- to get the Gatorade out of the nib I just pressed down on it while the cap was under the sink and it emptied out then I blew through it to empty the remaining water. Now for the downside of this vest.I only have two issues with this vest one being that compared to my old cheap vest the back of this vest does not breathe well at all even though it uses silky soft material. I noticed during my run I could feel my back getting so unbelievably sweaty and I didn’t even use the two liter water carry option. I think that if Nathan hadn’t double-lined the inside so that it just had the silky material on the outside and the netting on the inside it would alleviate some of that problem because just looking at it, it’s not structural at all since the inside lining ends before the seams meet at the bottom but it’s not such a huge problem that I think I would fear myself passing out from overheating. Just mildly uncomfortable. And another issue I see with this vest is although it didn’t chaf me at all I could see some people having an issue with chafing with the back collar of this vest. I was able to adjust myself during my run that it didn’t bother me but in the beginning of my run I noticed that the back collar of the vest rode up a lot and it felt like it was pressing into the back of my neck but because I managed to fit the vest so tightly to me, I was able to use my hands to pull down the vest from the bottom back and adjust it while I ran and after adjusting it that one time I didn’t really see an issue with it. But I do have to say that I did take this 10 mile very easy because I was running on the beach for a quarter of it so I did have to go really really slow over the powdered sand until I got to the shoreline where the sand was more packed down by the water so it’s not like I was sprinting. So take this with a grain of salt and maybe use some body Glide if you’re concerned but I will say the material is not rough so I didn’t have an issue with it but I could see this being something that bothers a lot of people. The last thing is obviously the original price of this is so astronomically expensive to me. I’m someone who I just don’t see why a lot of running items are expensive. I could understand this particular item if the Black Friday price I paid for it was the original price because I totally think this was worth the 80 something dollars I paid for it however, I don’t think that this is worth $125 or whatever the original price was I think it might be $140? That’s just completely outrageous and I don’t understand the inflation of pricing just because it’s for running. To be honest this is just a piece of fabric and some plastic. It shouldn’t be that expensive. But I will give it that I’ve never seen another vest quite like this before so I can understand it being slightly expensive like in the $80 range, over 100 is absolutely ridiculous. But you do you guys. Personally Id suggest 100% waiting for the price to drop to $80.

    Comfortable and functional
I love this vest! As a new runner, this is my second hydration vest. The first one had harder plastic little bottles that you had to take out of the pocket to drink, and I found myself stopping because it was so hard to get them in and out. This vest allows you to drink without removing the bottles. That is priceless! I can drink and keep running. There is a roomy back pocket for a large water bladder. I have not run long enough distances to need that yet, but I like that I can store a light windbreaker or whatever I need in the back, along with keys, wallet or anything I won’t need access to during my run. The front pockets are adequate for fuel in front of the water bottle pockets. There is a zipper pocket on one side for a cell phone. It’s big enough for my iPhone 16 with case. My last vest had a phone pocket that my phone didn’t fit into unless I removed the case, so I’m happy that my phone fits. It’s a bit tight for getting it out though, if you have a water bottle on that side. The color of this vest is so pretty! It’s a pale sea foam green, and I just love it.The straps are adjustable both on the front and sides. I was able to make it fit perfectly. It feels lightweight and comfortable. The water does not slosh around because the bottles are soft and there is no air in them.I’m extremely happy with this vest, and I’m going to recommend it to my husband when he is ready to purchase a vest.

    It fits!
I bought size L/XL just because it was on prime day sale (the other sizes weren’t as cheap). I was really afraid it would be too big. I normally wear medium to large shirts and I am a size 36DD in the chest. I’m 5’9” and around 160. I was honestly worried it would be too big. But there was plenty of cord for me to tighten it up and it fits perfectly. I will take it out for my 12 miler in a few days, but out of the package it fits perfectly and is comfortable, it isn’t bulky and the water bottle stems are just the right length. Seems to be made of really good quality material and has a bit of a stretch to it. Happy so far.

    Small pockets
Pockets aren’t as deep as I would have hoped for, best if used for short trail runs. No longer than 6 miles

Really nice vest. But when I sweat everything in the back compartment becomes moist, maybe that’s the case for all vests. Or the fact that I was running with only a thin tshirt under. I thought the vest would have a water barrier of some sort. It’s quite flexible and stretchy, I didn’t have a single mark after a 32 k/6 hour race. Very satisfied! A pity though that the pinnacle pro 12 liters wasn’t anywhere to be found.
