Perfect Sleeve to Hold FreeStyle LIbre Bluetooth Device Miao Miao
I use these arm bands less to hold my iPhone and more to hold the Bluetooth Reader “Miao Miao” on top of my flash glucose sensor, FreeStyle Libre, but these HiRui arm bands work well in both cases. The *key* to these arm bands and what makes them superior to other similar arm bands is the section of silicone no-slip dots inside the sleeve. They keep the arm band on my arm and above the elbow. My arms are 12.5″ and 13″ in width:To snugly hold either phone or diabetic devices, I use the size Medium. This size ensures that the arm band will not slip down. I put the band on first, then add my iPhone 10 that is inside an Otter Box (phone in first works too). However, after a long day of wear, the Medium can be a little constricting to my arm and I have a pattern of dots on my arm after removal. This would only be an issue if you wear it for diabetic devices or other reason that have you wearing it for > 8 hours. To more loosely hold my diabetic devices, I use the size Large. The Large sleeve stays put with its silicone beads. I use this size arm band for around the house and when I sleep. It will still hold my iPhone on my arm.NOTE 1: I use either an elastic band by Miao Miao or a 3D printed holder to keep the Miao Miao Bluetooth device in place on top of the sensor underneath the arm band. Without these, it is possible for the Miao Miao to fall out, especially with the looser fitting Large size.NOTE 2: I use these arm bands for walking and low impact activities. I have not used these arm bands during activities that may jostle contents, such as running or significant arm movement. However, the pocket with top cover does completely envelope my iPhone 10, so I suspect the only issue, if any, may be slippage, not the phone coming out.For care, I wash these gently with detergent made for delicates and hang dry.I have all 4 colors of these bands and own 4 Medium and 2 Large bands so that I always have a clean band. The colors are much brighter than shown in the pictures. The pink is bright neon pink, the yellow is bright neon yellow and the blue is a deeper sky blue. The arm bands are well made and have two skinny pockets that go almost the length of the band and one large pocket for a phone. The latter also has a small hole with a well protected edge to enable corded earbuds to thread through. I’m not sure of the intention of the skinny pockets, but I use them for my chapstick.Lastly, I appreciate the reflective pattern on the phone pocket, which has held up to multiple washing and months of use, whereas other brands lost their reflective writings within a few uses.Overall, I highly recommend these arm bands for securing both phone and diabetic devices. I have 3 other types and brands of arm bands, and these work the best for me.

    Best for walking exercises…
I have read some reviews that suggest to order a “size down” from the chart size recommendations as the band will slip down while running. My arm measured 28 cm, which is the max setting for the medium band. I would NOT have been able to get the medium band on my upper arm with my current iPhone. Ordering the large band was the right choice for me. The phone did not move about and the band did not slide down during my walks (only). However, during my spot runs, I could feel the phone move down my arm toward my elbow. Again, this only occurred during my spot runs. Personally, I do not think this would be the arm band of choice for any full time runners. For those like me that mostly walk , I found the band itself quite comfortable to wear and the sizing chart accurate for my needs. With the fold-over flap, there are no zippers to break and the phone will not fall out while on your arm. That was a major plus for my going with this design. I do not run with ear buds, so I can not offer any input there regarding those that attach to the phone itself. I hope that helps. Walking: Thumbs Up/// Running: No.

    Recommend for running
Nice and sleek, a bit tight for my One Plus 12R phone with the case, when I remove the case while running it fits perfectly. It’s also cool that it has 2 other smaller pockets that fits my earphones case and the car keys very well.

Slides down on my arms when I workout
I am 56 130. I’m a slender belt. My arms are skinny. I purchased the medium. I could’ve used a small. I find that when I work out and my arms are not in a vent position. It’s tends to slide down the only thing I can fit in there is my iPhone 12 plus I don’t like that. I have to take it out to use the controls on my phone so for me, it’s not an easy use. I don’t like that. I have to take it out to use the controls on my phone so for me, it’s not a easy use it holds the phone well so it does secure the phone.

    Arm too small, thats ok!
Ordered this knowing that it would probably never work on my arm. I’m 5’4 115lbs and have a small frame. I did order it in a size small to wear on my calve. Works perfectly there. I can use it while I’m at work and stays in place for my runs.

WON’T WORK WITH AN IPHONE AND A WIRED HEADPHONE
Absolutely NOT iPhone compatible with a wired headphone. The armband fits the phone very closely and there is no hole to access the port on the bottom center of an iphone. There are holes on the side, but not the center.I a unable to put a headphone wire into the phone with this carrier. I am returning it immediately

Hirui sports armband for Cell phone
Works perfectly. Doesn’t move around because it has rubber bumps on the back side to keep it from moving. Fast Walking moving arms back and forth. Works as Pictured.

    Not Very Practical
This armband is beautifully made. The stitching and construction are impeccable; and the fabric well selected. I wish I could recommend it on quality alone. The downside is that the design is simply unworkable. To begin with, sizing is critical. The band is not adjustable, so if it’s too loose it’ll constantly slip down to your wrist. And if it’s too tight, it will make your arm numb. If you can get the fit right, the bigger issue is practicality. This isn’t the kind of band that easily slips your phone in and out. You must take the band must be completely off your arm to get a phone in. Viewing your phone managing controls (like when it rings, or when a message comes through) requires you to stop what you’re doing, take the armband off your arm, and then couch your phone out of the pocket. And when you’re done, reverse the process to get it back on!Despite pictures that appear otherwise, this is not a practical design for anyone who needs to reach for their phone while on the move. For the manufacturer or hobbyist: perhaps a hard insert that fits inside the armband pocket and lets one push their phone up from the bottom would make this armband more workable.

I’ve tried many similar products and most of them are decent, but so far this one is the best. My Galaxy S24 + cover + magnetic card holder accessory on the back is pretty bulky, and the armband handles it easily without sliding down my arm even with the weight. Highly recommended

I bought this strap so I could carry my phone whilst I run as I use a running app to control music and giving coaching advice as I go. Up until now I just held my phone in my hand but that was getting tiring after an hour or so. I chose this strap because it appeared light weight and the lycra would allow it to fit closely to my arm. It fitted my iPhone 12 easily and felt comfortable on my arm.The only real problem I had turning the app on as I started. The screen is completely covered so the screen was off and touch wouldn’t work. The only way I could find to make it work was to remove the strap from my arm, remove the phone from the strap, start the app, put the phone back in the strap and then pull the strap back on my arm. All of a bit of a faff to just start a run. If you had to turn you phone off and on multiple times per run I wouldn’t recommend this product.
