I really love this running belt. I am a 28 in waist. Originally I bought the xs/s (according to the size chart that should have been my size. Was way too small so had to exchange for sm/med. So definitely would say size up! Can’t speak to the longevity of it but I’m really happy with the secure fit and ample storage for phone/airpods/keys/bottle. I do sort of wish you could adjust the tightness, but the trade off would be smaller pockets. can’t have both!

I love this running belt. I wore this during the marathon and for someone who is petite it was great to have something sitting closer to my hips that could hold my water bottle at the back.

If you purchase the right fit this item is perfect. No bounce. It holds keys, phone and hydration bottle with no issues.

Perfect running belt
I use this for my runs 6 miles or less. It doesn’t bounce around and pockets are perfect! I went through a lot of different running belt options but this is my favorite and the only one I use now

I love this belt
This belt is awesome I wear it for all my runs, it easily fits an hydration bladder and a phone. It’s so comfortable I don’t notice I’m wearing it. I’m only giving it 4 stars because the bladder cap leaks so I threw it away and use another one.
