Excellent Product
Excellent design. Be a little careful when you twist the weights, it is possible to get a slight pinch. But the material and mechanics are so well designed there is nothing to complain about. I recommend this product without reservation.

As a Sarcopenia Sufferer….
In my mid-sixties now I struggle with sarcopenia. Actually, I have been experiencing it for a while, but didn’t understand until recently what was going on. For the last six months I have been on a supplement program, increased my quality protein intake (including at least an additional 2 eggs a day), and strength and core exercises.To challenge my muscles I learned I could use bands and/or weights. At this early stage it seemed easier to start with weights, and these so far ar working perfectly for me, and I’m starting at the ground level. Doing some of the exercises, I find I can add a pound on each end of both weights so that I am lifting four pounds each. For other exercises, that is too much to start with so I removed all the additional weights and am comfortable starting with two pounds in each hand for those exercises.Gradually, I will increase the challenge to my muscles, and these weights will let me increase that challenge up to ten pounds in each hand. I am not in this for typical bodybuilding, but to first regain the muscle I’ve lost, if it is still possible, and keep myself at that level.

Adjustable Dumbbells Made to Travel!
These adjustable dumbbells are great for traveling! You can split the weight over several suitcases and bags, making it easy to take them wherever you go. TSA did stop me with the carry on both times/at both locations, but as soon as they saw the dumbbells, they put me back on my way. No issues. And these scale very well, allowing for many different exercises. I was able to keep doing all my physical therapy on all my trips. I highly recommend them for travel!

Some of the one pound weights are off by up to an ounce — and each total dumbbell is off by a couple ounces

Good, stylish weights
I genuinely enjoy them (been using them for about 3 weeks now). They are stylish, not too bulky, extra weights snap on and off effortlessly. Would definitely be nice to be able to purchase extra weight plates separately, as I can already see the weight not being sufficient for me soon but maybe I’ll stick with “less weight, more reps” lolSize reference: I’m a lady with averagely sized hands 🙂
