Works perfect out of the box. Sync remote (follow manual). Only complaint is there is no mention of the screw in feet that raise incline in the manual. Easy to figure out though if you have common sense.Stores easily under bed. Runs quiet. Wear athletic shoes and heel strike not flat footed or balls of feet.Used a walker to get use to motion. Syncs with Alexa and my Amazfit.

Stopped working after 2 minutes
Stopped working after a couple minutes, literally between 2 and 3 minutes of walking on it. Stopped fast and I almost fell because of it. And wouldnt turn back on. Maybe I just received a defective unit? I was very disappointed.

Compact and convenient
Looks and works great. Have it upstairs in my office. Takes up little room, runs quiet and very convenient. I work from home and can use it easily on my breaks or while working. I am 6 feet tall and easily accommodate a the length of my steps.

Short and narrow
I fell off this walking pad twice within the first 12 minutes of using it—once off the side and once off the back. It’s quite narrow and short, which made it feel unstable. I’m 5’10” and don’t have an especially long stride, so that was unexpected. It might work better with a standing desk or something to hold onto, but for regular walking at 2.5 mph, it felt unsafe for me. For the incline you have to screw in different feet.
